Sydenham Business Park Offices

Doran Consulting was commissioned to provide structural & civil engineering design services and site supervision in relation to the structural design and construction of this new-build office development located adjacent to George Best Belfast City Airport.

The building consisted of 3-storey office accommodation with a large plant-room located within the roof space. The project involved the design of a structural steel frame with concrete metal deck floors and is supported on reinforced concrete ground beams and pile foundations.
