Cornerstone Health Centre, Peters Hill, Belfast
Doran Consulting provided civil, structural and traffic engineering design services for this health centre development scheme on Peter’s Hill at the lower end of the Shankill Road in Belfast.
Extensive discussions and negotiation with local community groups, housing associations, the local council, planning consultants and architects were conducted in order to facilitate the redevelopment of the area, providing high quality residential, social and commercial community amenities. The crisp modern design of this new-build aims to bring a sense of revival and optimism to the area, and sits alongside the recently completed Shankill Wellbeing & Treatment Centre, for which Doran Consulting also provided civil and structural design services.
