This 1960s 3-storey concrete framed building, for which Doran Consulting was the original structural engineer, underwent a phased refurbishment. We were appointed for a later 5 phase project during which the building had to remain operational at all times.
These later works included elevational treatment, new entrance blocks to the front and an extension to the rear. There are also internal alterations including provision for disabled access.
