Woking's Victoria Square Development Opens First Phase.

Doran Consulting were delighted to have provided Structural and Civil engineering design services for the construction of the new mixed-use development in the centre of Woking, Surrey.
The initial phase of the Victoria Square Woking project has opened, with the complex offering 125,000ft2 of new retail floorspace, two new public plazas, a 200-room four-star hotel and additional car parking.
The construction on the development started in 2017 and is part of a £700m regeneration scheme currently underway in Woking.
Subsequent stages of the scheme are set to open throughout 2022, including the two residential towers of 32 and 34 floors, with a total of 400 apartments.
