In addition to being able to provide civil and structural engineering design advice, Doran Consulting’s engineers are also able to provide a range of niche specialist services, either as standalone commissions or in support of larger projects.
These specialist skills have been developed by years of professional experience, the wide variety of work which we have had the fortune to undertake, ongoing internal professional mentoring of staff members and where possible, the company has invested in developing those skills by encouraging staff to undertake relevant qualifications.
Doran Consulting’s long history of providing advice in relation to Belfast Harbour and the refurbishment of many local landmark historic buildings means that our engineers have an in-depth knowledge of the structures in question and their surrounding environment, allowing them to be best placed to advise on matters of Marine and Built Heritage.
The company has provided CDM services on a range of commissions and is a member of the Association of Project Safety, with members of staff holding IMaPS and AaPS qualifications.
We are committed to achieving environmental excellence and not only have many of our projects scored high CEEQUAL ratings for environmental sustainability, but we are also able to provide CEEQUAL verification services for other bodies seeking to obtain a CEEQUAL rating for their project.
