This 35 dwelling development is situated on the Ballygowan Road on the outskirts of Belfast. Doran Consulting was involved in this development, by Fraser Homes Ltd., from conception through the planning and construction stages and provided design services in respect of internal roads and drainage, public highway improvements, foundations and retaining walls and structural engineering.
